My problem is not eating big meals...it's the snack attacks and eating after 7pm (which I try to not do!) Here are some of my favorite snacks and new choices that I think are as good as the high-calorie ones.
- 100 calorie snacks - Hostess cupcakes and Twinkies // Kebbler Fudge-Stripped mini-cookies
- Diet Dr. Pepper
- Diet A & W Root Beer
- Weight Watchers Peanut Butter Cookies
- Tall Skinny Vanilla Latte at Starbucks
- Splenda in coffee
- Sugar Free Vanilla Caramel Creamer
