For Sydney's 6th Birthday and Sierra's 7th Birthday, we took the girls to NYC in May to pick out their first American Girl Dolls. It was such an enchanting experience! Sydney got her first baby doll there when we lived in the city in March of 2007, so this was cool to see her more grown up! She picked out "Emily" months before from the magazine. It was cool to see her follow through on her decision after being in that three-story store with all the OTHER distractions!
