My problem is not eating big meals...it's the snack attacks and eating after 7pm (which I don't do anymore!) Here are some of my favorite snacks and new choices that I think are as good as the high-calorie ones.

- Diet Dr. Pepper
- Diet Pepsi with Wild Cherry
- Rice Chex cereal
- Tall Skinny Vanilla Latte at Starbucks
- Splenda in coffee
- Fat-free Coffemate French Vanilla Creamer
